Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons Lakanto Original Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Lakanto Original Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • Fresh raspberries and sliced strawberries, for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425℉.
  2. In a medium bowl whisk to combine milk, eggs, and salt.
  3. Add flour, cocoa powder, and sweetener and whisk until smooth.
  4. In a 10” ovenproof skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Swirl butter in pan to coat skillet.
  5. Pour batter into skillet and place in oven. Bake for 15 minutes, reduce oven temperature to 350℉, and bake until Dutch baby is well-puffed, 10-15 minutes more.
  6. While Dutch baby bakes, in a medium bowl beat cream and sweetener until softly whipped.
  7. Serve Dutch baby immediately, with whipped cream and berries.
